THC products remain a Schedule 9 prohibited substance under Australian federal law for recreational use, and remain illegal for sale and supply in every state and territory, including the Australian Capital Territory. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding possession, use, and consumption.

We do not provide medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders and Shipping

• We offer discreet, plain, odour-proof, and tamper-evident packaging.
• All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Tracked.
• We provide a 100% delivery guarantee — if your order does not arrive, we will reship it at no extra cost (subject to verification).
• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or customs.

4. Payments

We accept Gift Cards, Cryptocurrency, and Bank Transfer only. All payments are processed securely. We do not store sensitive payment information. A minimum order of $150 AUD applies.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final other than as described in our Refund and Returns Policy, which sits alongside — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds or returns outside our stated policy are only considered in exceptional cases (e.g., proven non-delivery after investigation). Please contact us before assuming an issue.
